How to Access Online Class
You will receive an email from Dare Generation within an hour before the start of class with the link to join the class on Zoom. Please join the class 10-15 minutes before class starts to receive information from and chat with the class instructor. For recorded classes, a private youtube link will be sent to students after payments are made.
Dance
Our goal is to provide low-cost arts classes to underserved communities and expand diversity while promoting interculturalism through the performing arts.
ALL our classes consist of structure and discipline along with fun and sass. Our classes are taught by our professional team of global artists from KOFA touring dance company in Ghana and
Los Angeles, California, USA. Classes will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements.

Class Levels
INTRO/ABSOLUTE BEGINNER: Intro/Absolute Beginner
For students with little or no dance experience
BASIC: Basic
For students with less than one year of training and some understanding of dance vocabulary
BEGINNER: Beg
For students who have taken at least one year of the discipline and have a basic understanding of the terminology used in the class.
ADVANCED BEGINNER: Adv Beg
For students with at least 2-3 years of training
BEGINNING INTERMEDIATE: Beg Int
INTERMEDIATE: Int
For dancers with technical proficiency and a thorough understanding of the vocabulary
ADVANCED INTERMEDIATE: Adv Int
For professional dancers and those with extensive training.
INTERMEDIATE ADVANCED: Int Adv
For professional dancers and those with extensive training.
ADVANCED: Adv
For professional dancers and those with extensive training.
OPEN: These classes are of mixed levels
BALLET
- Afro-Rina Dance box (1 black leotard, 2 skin-tone tights, 1 pair ballet shoes) GHC 220
- Dance box (Teal or Grey Dare Gen shirt ) GHC 45
- Black bottoms and sneakers required for class. Must be provided by parents.
MODERN/JAZZ
- Dance box (Girls– 1 black leotard, 1 Black DARE Gen shirt, 1 black tights,) GHC 120
- (Boys – 1 Black DARE Gen shirt,) GHC 45
- Black bottoms required for boys. Must be provided by parents.

In this high energy class, you will learn popular upbeat moves from varying West African nations.
This class is designed to teach students a combination of classical modern dance influenced with elements of jazz and West African techniques.
Introduction to ballet to help develop creativity, motor skills, and cognitive reasoning in 3-5-year-olds.
All ages, open level Afro-fusion fitness class that incorporates Ghanaian traditional movements fused with popular dance.
Learn the fundamentals in proper stretching methods to increase flexibility. (Adults 18+, Beg level)
This course is designed for parents who want to get active in fun creative ways alongside their kids!
